Our background
Culinar’s journey began as a simple idea in a small basement in Äppelviken, Stockholm, and has evolved into a state-of-the-art food company. It’s an inspiring story that reflects our passion for innovation and progress. During the rationing days of World War II, we partnered with inventive tastemakers, followed by the barbecue pioneers of the 1980s, all of whom played a crucial role in overcoming the industry’s significant challenges.
Today, we continue to develop unique products and flavors in a fast-paced and trend-sensitive industry, where innovation, problem solving, and entrepreneurship drive us forward and shape the culinary experiences of the future.
